Maar na een paar maanden of een jaar merkte je dat alles weer teruggekomen was \u2013 met nog wat extra kilo\u2019s erbij. Maar jouw lichaam weet niet dat dat komt omdat jij aan een schoonheidsideaal wilt voldoen. Jouw lichaam denkt dat er te weinig voedsel voorhanden is en dat je daardoor in een toestand van hongersnood terechtgekomen bent. Het haalt daarom allerlei trucjes uit die ervoor zorgen dat je meer gaat eten minder energie gaat verbruiken.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.14.9&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Het enige wat je lichaam wil doen is overleven en<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.generousplan.com\/how-weight-loss-attempts-backfire\/%20\"> intern zet het daarom allerlei dingen in gang<\/a><\/span><\/strong><strong>\u00a0die jou onbewust bepaalde keuzes laten maken:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.14.9&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je lichaam gaat spelen met <strong>hormonen<\/strong> en je geraakt een beetje geobsedeerd door eten. Je gaat meer aan eten denken en merkt heel snel wanneer er eten in de buurt is. Je krijgt meer zin in eten en hebt zin in een grote waaier aan voedsel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het resultaat van die hormonen die niet meer in balans zijn? Je voelt je minder snel vol als je eet. Je moet dus meer eten om je nu even <strong>voldaan<\/strong> te voelen na een maaltijd dan wanneer je niet op dieet staat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je lichaam gaat <strong>energie<\/strong> besparen, bijvoorbeeld door je spiermassa te verminderen. Want spieren vragen meer energie dan vet, dus als je minder spieren hebt, dan heeft je lichaam minder energie nodig om te overleven. En om nog meer energie te besparen ga je minder zin krijgen om te bewegen. Je wordt loom en sporten is wel het laatste waar je zin in hebt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je <strong>metabolisme<\/strong> gaat naar beneden, waardoor je lichaam minder calorie\u00ebn verbruikt en energie opslaat. Het wordt op die manier steeds moeilijker om nog meer af te vallen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.14.9&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Je lichaam doet er dus alles aan om gewichtsverlies tegen te gaan. Dat is waarom je op een gegeven moment ook weer dingen eet die je jezelf daarvoor ontzegd hebt. Wat voor dieet was het? Wat moest je doen en laten? Hoe oud was je toen je dat deed? Wat was het resultaat? Hoelang duurde het resultaat? Hoe voelde je je daarbij? Schrijf alles op wat je nog weet over je dieetpogingen en bekijk op het einde wat het je nu \u00e9cht opgeleverd heeft.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bewaar dit goed en lees het opnieuw telkens wanneer je in de verleiding komt om toch maar dat nieuwe dieet te proberen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Herinner jezelf eraan dat di\u00ebten je nog niets opgebracht heeft in al die jaren: je bent er niet slank van geworden en al helemaal niet gelukkig.
