Als je stopt met di\u00ebten, dan leer je om die regeltjes los te laten en weer naar je lichaam te luisteren. En toch kan het zijn dat je dan nog altijd niet de vrijheid rond eten ervaart waarop je gehoopt had. Waarom? Het beeld dat ik daarvan had, was dat ik zonder moeite gebalanceerd zou eten. Dat idee van een gezonde balans betekende namelijk dat ik zonder moeite drie stukken fruit per dag zou eten en mijn bord voor de helft vol met groenten zou leggen. Uiteraard niet. Niet meer denken aan wat gezond en ongezond is, niet meer denken aan aantallen en nummers, niet meer denken aan dingen die \u2018zouden moeten\u2019 of \u2018beter zijn\u2019.
