Je kan er echt voor kiezen om dik \u00e9n gelukkig te zijn. Dat mag je gewoon helemaal zelf beslissen. Niemand zou zich nog slecht voelen over hun lichaam en hoe ze eruitzien. En iedereen zou gelijkwaardig behandeld worden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dat is op dit moment niet de realiteit. Veel mensen voelen zich buitengesloten in onze maatschappij en dikke mensen zijn daarop geen uitzondering. Daar wil ik heel graag verandering in brengen. <\/span><b>Het uiteindelijke doel is om ervoor te zorgen dat dikke mensen niet meer als een probleem gezien worden en dat we de vrijheid krijgen om rustig ons leven te leiden.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alleen is dat niet iets wat we vandaag op morgen gaan bereiken \u2013 daar hebben we veel tijd voor nodig. Maar tot dan leven we wel nog in een maatschappij waarin je je als dik persoon meestal niet zo welkom voelt. Die realiteit mogen we niet vergeten en daarom wil ik dikke mensen ook helpen om gelukkig te zijn in de wereld zoals die nu is.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Stoppen met di\u00ebten<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_5 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maar hoe doe je dat dan, dik \u00e9n gelukkig zijn in onze maatschappij? Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat je daarvoor moet stoppen met di\u00ebten. En daar hebben veel mensen hulp bij nodig, want <strong>stoppen met di\u00ebten is meer dan alleen stoppen met een dieet te volgen<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dat heb je misschien zelf ook al ondervonden. Je bent misschien zelf ook al eens gestopt met di\u00ebten door alle regeltjes rond eten los te laten, en te eten wat en hoeveel je wilt. Dat voelt meestal als een grote bevrijding, tot er iemand een opmerking maakt over je gewicht. Daardoor ga je twijfelen en beslis je toch om weer op dieet te gaan. Maar daar word je niet gelukkig van, dus je stopt opnieuw met di\u00ebten en je voelt je steeds beter in je vel. En dan lees je in de krant een artikel over hoe ongezond het wel is om dik te zijn. En ja, je gezondheid vind je natuurlijk wel heel belangrijk, dus je gaat opnieuw op dieet \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Zo blijven er dingen op je pad komen waardoor je denkt: het zou toch beter zijn als ik wat afval. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bijvoorbeeld wanneer je naar een pretpark gaat en niet in een attractie past. Of als je huisarts voor de honderdste keer zegt dat je toch beter wat zou afvallen. Of wanneer je merkt dat je buiten adem bent wanneer je de trap neemt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is heel logisch dat je twijfelt wanneer je gaat stoppen met di\u00ebten, want je kan niet tegelijk \u00e9n je relatie met je lichaam verbeteren, \u00e9n je relatie met eten herstellen, \u00e9n omgaan met alle opmerkingen die je krijgt, \u00e9n \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_6 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Dik \u00e9n gelukkig<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_7 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ik wil jou helpen om jezelf weer goed in je vel te voelen en het di\u00ebten achter je te laten, hoe moeilijk dat soms ook is. Dat betekent overigens niet dat ik iedereen die op dieet staat ervan wil overtuigen om daar onmiddellijk mee te stoppen. Hoe graag ik het ook zou willen, niet iedereen is daar klaar voor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Maar ik denk dat er heel wat dikke mensen zijn die w\u00e9l voelen dat er meer is in het leven dan di\u00ebten.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Als jij ook moe bent van altijd maar je lichaam te haten en jezelf uit te hongeren, dan wil ik dat je weet dat het ook anders kan, dat jij de keuze mag maken om Dik Gelukkig te zijn.
