Het idee dat ze zouden stoppen met di\u00ebten komt niet in hen op, omdat ze dan gaan bijkomen. Voor de meeste mensen leidt di\u00ebten namelijk niet tot gewichtsverlies op lange termijn. Het zit gewoon zo hard ingebakken in onze cultuur dat di\u00ebten d\u00e9 oplossing is \u2013 dat is heel moeilijk om los te laten.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Simpele keuze<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_5 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het is nochtans best simpel: of je nu stopt met di\u00ebten of niet, het resultaat is hoogst waarschijnlijk dat je dik(ker) wordt, maar <strong>bij het ene ervaar je vrijheid en bij het andere een obsessie met eten en je lichaam voor de rest van je leven.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als ik die twee dingen zo tegenover elkaar zet, dan lijkt de keuze simpel. Zeker nu ik zelf ervaren heb wat die vrijheid betekent. Maar mijn tiener-ik? Ik twijfel nog altijd of zij dezelfde keuze zou maken \u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als je de keuze tussen beide hebt, dan lijkt stoppen met di\u00ebten misschien de slechtste uitkomst omdat je er geen kilo\u2019s mee verliest.
