Het gaat tegenwoordig al lang niet meer om di\u00ebten, maar wel je leefstijl aanpassen.<\/p>\n<p>En dat is natuurlijk helemaal prima. Een gezonde leefstijl (wat trouwens heel persoonlijk is en voor iedereen iets anders betekent) kan een positieve impact hebben op je leven. Dus als jij daarmee aan de slag wilt gaan, dan hoop ik dat het je brengt wat je wilt.<\/p>\n<p>Maar er is wel een heel belangrijke vraag die je jezelf moet stellen als je beweert dat je het enkel voor je gezondheid doet: <strong>als je die gezonde leefstijl onder de knie hebt en er niet door afvalt, vind je dat dan ok?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als het antwoord op die vraag \u2018nee\u2019 is, dan draait het nog altijd om je gewicht en niet je gezondheid.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Gewicht vs. gezondheid<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Stel bijvoorbeeld dat je doel is om elke dag 5 kilometer te wandelen. Je begint dat stilaan op te bouwen en na een tijdje lukt het je om elke dag die wandeling te doen. Je merkt dat je door die beweging meer energie hebt en minder stress. Maar je ziet ook dat je er geen enkele kilo mee afgevallen bent. Vind je dat ok of ben je dan toch teleurgesteld?<\/p>\n<p>Als je het jammer vindt dat je geen gewicht verliest door je \u2018gezonde leefstijl\u2019 dan moet je je misschien toch even afvragen of het \u00e9cht alleen maar om je gezondheid draait.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En het is ok als het toch draait om je gewicht. In onze maatschappij is de boodschap nog altijd dat dikke mensen moeten afvallen, dus het is heel logisch als je dat blijft hopen.<\/strong> Maar ik vind het belangrijk dat je daarover eerlijk blijft naar jezelf toe.<\/p>\n<p>Want als die hoop voor gewichtsverlies meespeelt, dan is de kans groot dat je teleurgesteld geraakt.
